The purpose of the terms: the Website
The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter, “Terms”) is to regulate access to and use of the Website. For the purposes of these Terms, the Website is understood to be the external appearance of the screen interfaces, both static and dynamic (the navigation tree), and all the elements integrated in them (hereinafter, “Content”), as well as the online services or resources that may be offered to Users (hereinafter, “Services”).
Wordcrafting LLC reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Website and of the Content and Services that may be incorporated in it. The User acknowledges and accepts that at any time any of these elements, or access to them, may be interrupted, disabled and/or cancelled.

Access to, navigation of and use of the Website, as well as the spaces enabled for Users to interact with each other and with Wordcrafting LLC (such as comments or blogging spaces), confer the status of User, meaning that, from the moment browsing begins, all the Terms established here and their subsequent modifications are accepted, without prejudice to the application of the mandatory legal regulations that may apply. The User is advised to read them each time they visit the Website.
The User assumes responsibility for making correct use of the Website, which includes: (a) use of the information, Content and/or Services that is not contrary to the provisions of these Terms, the law, public morality or public order, or that harms the rights of third parties or the operation of the Website itself; and (b) the truthfulness and lawfulness of the information provided by the User in the forms enabled to access certain Content or Services. Where the User has the status of consumer, nothing in these Terms will deprive them of the protection afforded by the mandatory regulations of their country of habitual residence, and they may bring a claim before the courts of their own domicile, as well as resort to the Spanish Consumer Arbitration System (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo) or other out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms legally provided for.
